Modules

A module is a part of the template that can be switched on or off: whole pages, single blocks, or the wording of a block. An edition is just a ready-made choice of modules.

Choose modules when you create a planner (Modules under Edition in the New planner form), or later in the Preview’s planner settings. When your choice matches no edition, the edition shows as Custom.

Module On in What it adds
A good start (Na dobry początek) Balance Six front pages: an agreement with yourself, a good life, more / less, values, strengths, what recharges you.
Recovery and sobriety (Zdrowienie i trzeźwość) Recovery The sobriety day counter, craving and tension, triggers, what protected me, meeting markers, the if–then plan, the contract and safety rules, “My patterns”, the crisis section, and recovery wording throughout.
HALT-B check (Skala HALT-B) Recovery Hungry, Angry, Lonely, Tired, Bored: on the day page and in “My week”.
Wellbeing (Dobrostan) Balance “A good life” on the evening page, the value of the month and “My month in practice”.
Situation analysis (CBT) (Analiza sytuacji) — A weekly page: situation, thoughts, feelings, body, behaviour, another way to see it.
Day+ (Dzień+) — The rest of “My 24 hours”, plus one important and one pleasant thing each day, in place of the plan of the day.
Mindfulness (Uważność) — Four short practices at the front, and “My mindfulness practice” after each “My week”.
Productivity (Produktywność) — A “My projects” spread each month, and a focus block and “Not doing this week” on the week spread.

With neither Recovery nor Wellbeing on, the planner is Basic: it gets its own simpler evening page, “My week” and “My month”.

  • Pages of a module appear or disappear everywhere they repeat (every day, week or month).
  • Blocks that depend on it appear or disappear on their pages.
  • Blocks with different wording per module (for example “protect my sobriety” and “take care of myself”) change their text.
  • Your own edits to pages that stay are kept.

The Week by Week template has no modules.
