Preview, content and translations
Preview
Section titled “Preview”Preview shows the whole planner as it will print: spreads or single pages, at real size.
- Example filling shows grey handwritten entries on every page, to see how a page is meant to be used.
- Binding & margin guides show where the rings or the fold will be.
- Print view opens the pages as the browser would print them.
- The planner settings: Start date, Length and modules, then Regenerate. Edited pages that no longer fit the new dates are listed.
Blank pages marked blank (alignment) are added on purpose, so that sections start on the right side of a spread.
Content
Section titled “Content”Content holds the planner’s libraries: Quotes, Affirmations, Prompts, SOS steps, Warning signs and Exercises.
- Edit each entry in Polish and English side by side; search and filter by category.
- Only items with problems lists missing translations, texts too long for their box, duplicates, and quotes that need an author or source.
- Import CSV / Export CSV to edit in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Re-deal quotes so every day gets one; with fewer than 30 quotes some repeat within a month.
Only add quotes you are allowed to share: your own words, the public domain, or with the licence and source filled in.
Translations
Section titled “Translations”Translations lists every text of the planner in both languages, grouped: the planner, page templates, section labels, texts in blocks, variables and the content library.
- Show only missing translations filters to what still needs work.
- Copy EN → PL / Copy PL → EN fills one side from the other as a starting point.
The Export screen warns when texts are not translated into the planner’s language yet.
Polish gender forms
Section titled “Polish gender forms”Polish texts that depend on gender are written once for both: zauważyłeś/aś, wdzięczny/a,
chciał(a)bym. In templates they are {g:masculine|feminine} tokens, for example
{g:gotowy|gotowa}.
