Ring binder or booklet

The inner (binding) margin keeps all content clear of the holes of a standard 2-hole punch (80 mm spacing).

  1. Print one month (see Printing at home).
  2. A5 two per sheet: cut the whole stack once down the middle, using the marks at the top and bottom, then put the right-hand pile under the left-hand pile.
  3. Punch and file. Months start on a new sheet, so each can be added when you need it.

Print the introduction and the crisis section once, and later only the months.

For a sewn or stapled A5 booklet: Export → How you print → A5 booklet on A4 paper, and choose Sheets per bundle (4 sheets = 16 pages by default).

  1. Print on both sides, flipping on the short edge.
  2. The file lists the sheets of each bundle in order. Take each bundle’s sheets together.
  3. Fold them in half along the marks at the top and bottom.
  4. Stack the bundles in order, then sew or staple each bundle through the fold.

Fewer sheets per bundle fold more neatly; more sheets mean fewer bundles to sew.

The New planner form shows the page count and the spine width for 80–90 g/m² paper, useful when choosing a binder or a cover.
